Master Services Agreement
Between Blissbranding Agency ("Agency") and Paragon Property & Construction ("Client").
1.Scope of Services
The Agency shall provide the following monthly management services:
- Content Pipeline: Monthly automated content pipeline producing SEO-optimized articles and on-site assets.
- Google Business Profile: Ongoing Google Business Profile optimization to maximize local visibility and lead flow.
- Performance Lab Ad Management: Dedicated "Performance Lab" ad management with A/B testing, keyword suppression, and conversion tracking for high-ticket construction leads.
- Real-Time Reporting: Real-time dashboard reporting with live access to campaign performance and results.
2.Financial Terms
The Client agrees to a flat, all-in monthly investment of $3,000 per month, allocated as follows:
Payment is billed monthly in advance. The ad budget is applied directly to advertising platforms on the Client's behalf.
3.Term & Cancellation
This Agreement operates on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel with thirty (30) days' written notice. Services and billing continue through the end of the notice period, after which no further charges apply.
4.Responsibilities
The Agency will manage campaign strategy, creative, and optimization. The Client agrees to provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets, and approvals required to deliver the Services outlined above.
5.Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep proprietary information, strategies, and performance data confidential for the duration of this Agreement and thereafter.
Acceptance & Digital Signature
By typing your full legal name below and selecting "Sign & Secure Agreement," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Master Services Agreement. This constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.
